Recycled materials allow us to process end-of-life products and reduce the amount of waste. We also reduce our dependence on limited resources by using renewable materials. Made from a mix of recycled and renewable materials, our products contain at least 20% of these materials. WE KNOW THE CARBON FOOTPRINT: Our methodology for calculating a product's carbon footprint has taken into account all stages of a product's life cycle and is based on a prototype sized adidas model. We measured the carbon footprint (CO2e) from the extraction of raw materials, through processing, production and assembly, packaging, transport, use to the end of the product's life. This corresponds to the internationally recognized standard: ISO 14067.
